New Year’s Eve: Overnight Vigil Chanting

On the occasion of the last day of the year and welcoming New Year, the centre organises overnight blessing chanting. The day normally starts with observing the precepts and chanting along with dhamma sermons. On the 1st January members are invited to join the blessing and traditional dana offering from 10am onwards.

31th Dec: New Year Eve Chanting;

    program:

        6 pm: Observation of Sila and chanting

        8 pm: Refreshment Break

        9 pm: Reflection talk

        9:30 pm: meditation and Chanting

        1 am : end

1st Jan 2024: New Year Blessing

   Program: 

       10:30 am: Blessing Chanting

       11:00 am: Offering Dana and reflection

       12:00 pm: luncheon.
